R+3 building constructed on a 1,716 m² footprint, construction of a Police Station, and residential units.
Construction cost: 10 billion FCFA; Land area: 1.5 ha; Developed floor area: 8,395 m².

Missions:
Construction Supervision (DET), Scheduling, Steering and Coordination (OPC), and Assistance to the Owner during Acceptance (AOR).
